Ikan Stim Simple

Hello hello hello! Assalamualaikum.

Lamanya tak update. Nampaknya sampai bulan 12 ni maybe ade 5 je la entry kalau mcm ni. Busy sgt la skrg ni. Nak bernafas pun tak sempat. Tido pun cukup2 makan je. Haha. Ni pun baru habis exam waterflooding and baru sebulan class, dah ade 2 midterm. Haa mcm mana tu. Homework jangan cakap la, hari2 ada. Tak pe, sikit je lagi.


Okay enough with homeworks and exam. Today's recipe will be Ikan stim. Senang je masak dia. Yang penting kene ada steamer.


Ingredients:


1 fish fillet

1/4 onion - sliced
1 clove of Garlic - chooped
1 cm ginger - chopped finely
2-3 tbsp salty soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
Carrot - sliced thinly
1 tbsp sesame oil
*Also can put oyster sauce, spring onion, and anything that you want.


1. Masuk semuanya dalam pinggan atau mangkuk yang muat dalam steamer.

2. Steam sampai ikan masak, dalam 8-10 minit untuk fish fillet. Kalau ikan besar korang tengok2 la sampai dia masak ek.


Dah siap!
