Salam.
Hari ni tiba2 rasa nak makan mee kari. Tapi bukan mee maggi kari tu. Tu dah bosan la asyik makan je. So decide nak masak the rea mee kari. Hehe.
It's not that hard. Aku masak around less than half an hour. Kalau pakar maybe lagi kejap dr tu kot. Aku still a beginner, so lama sikit la. Hehe.
Ingredients:
Mee
1 inch halia (Grind or chopped)
1 shallot (Grind or chopped)
2 ulas garlic (Grind or chopped)
4 sudu serbuk kari (I used Babbas)
Air asam jawa
Garam dan gula
Sayur kegemaran
Daging/ayam/kerang/ikut kegemaran masing2
1. Tumis bawang putih, merah dan halia sampai naik bau. Then slow kan api.
2. Masukkan serbuk kari. Tumis sikit sampai garing. Around 30-60 seconds.
3. Masukkan air+air asam jawa. Note: masuk air asam jawa sikit2 taw. Takut termasam sangat.
4. Masukkan daging/ayam/pape je yang korg guna tu.
5. Bila dah masak daging tu, masukkan perasa. Then masa ni kalau kurang masam, boleh add some more air asam jawa.
6. Masuk sayur2.
7. Masuk mee. Siap!
Senang kan? It's not as complicated as its look. Really. Hehe.
